The essence balm has a light scent of osmanthus.
Osmanthus is a flower with a delicate floral fruity note. It is a symbol of romantic love and faithfulness. In Japan, osmanthus is called kinmokusei, which literally means “a golden tree”. Perception of its scent is subjective and individual. Some people find resemblance to apricot or peach, others feel notes of honey or even those of bitter almond.

How to Use
Apply the balm onto your lips and areas that need extra protection and moisturizing (the area around eyes, nasolabial folds and neck lines, collarbones) as the last step of your skincare routine. The product can be applied both before and after makeup, as frequently as necessary throughout the day. While applying the balm, make sure to hold the stick, so that it remains perpendicular to the surface of skin and lips. Do not apply the balm the way you usually apply a lipstick, i.e., pressing it to the skin at an angle. To apply the essence balm, just press it lightly to your skin, without using smooshing or erasing movements.
Safety Precautions
